Do you remember these bags? What do you still call them? Ghana must go or Nigeria must go?😂 Well you should have had a rethink after yesterday's match. That match was a disaster.😭
Before we continue kindly note this, “I am back!” I know it took too long but it’s better late than never isn't it? Yesterday night Nigeria lost a chance to go to the world cup to our arch-rivals Ghana. I should have dropped this newsletter yesterday night but I was tied with some people called the “Fayolence FC” on the famous blue app, Twitter. If you know you know.😂😂
Nigeria's disqualification was a mess. If you watched the match, you’d know what I am saying. The players had no pattern, they were just throwing in long balls and long balls hoping for one to find its way into the net. Nigerians really had the coach to blame after that match.
The match was so embarrassing and all the coach did even while everything was tense was to roll up his sleeves. Here's what someone said about the sleeves rolling:
But it wasn't the players' fault and the coach isn't to blame either. The people responsible for this mess are the so called Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
Those people ruined a lot of things by sacking that German Coach, Gernot Rohr. That man had a plan and a viable vision but all of it was ruined by the new coach in just few months. He didn't understand the process. I could bet it with you that Rohr would have qualified yesterday night.
But here's something that we need to consider. Even as much as it seemed like the coach and NFF's fault, we need to look at things from another angle. Let’s take a critical look at things from the angle of the nation’s leadership. Do you know that the Nigerian Super Eagles have not won anything since 2015 when this present administration of government was sworn into office? E shock you abi? As a matter of fact, we haven't come second in any tournament. The 2018 World Cup was nothing to write home about. A weak Argentine team sent us out of the tournament. Let’s not just talk about the just concluded African Cup of Nations (AFCON); that was a disgrace. The AFCON before this year’s was also rubbish. Algeria sent beat us with a free-kick goal from Ryhad Mahrez in the 90th minute. The list is endless. You can go online if you're still in doubt but the truth remains that those in power didn't bring good luck for the national football team.
Sadly, we are not playing in the world cup and Nigeria don go.😭😭😭 Do you think there's another reason why Nigeria failed to qualify? Kindly drop it in the comments section.
Do not forget to share please, I’ll see you in the next newsletter.😍
Sincerely with what I saw yesterday, I can say they this super eagles don't use to play with zeal at all
Is as if dey don't use to check the time
It was as if they were playing a friendly match or maybe they were not aware of away goal
Cos I don't just get it last night
The attitude, the zeal, the physical strength dey put in for their foreign club is way off for the ones they do for their country of which is very bad
It is just what it is sha
No world cup for Nigeria
Definitely I'm supporting England, France and most importantly Portugal (a county I'm well pleased with)
The leadership of the football federation need to be blamed. Well we don't deserve to be at the world cup,a great lesson for the NFF. The should go back to the drawing board
