Find your why and you will be halfway done with smoking.
After that step, you need to go ahead and plan your quit day. This is very important because you must do it intentionally. You don't just expect your smoking habits to die unconsciously. It will never happen that way. You must be the force behind everything.
And lastly, be accountable to everybody. Tell everyone you're quitting on a chosen date. Join a community that will help you stop. Tell your boss and colleagues at work. Tell your friends and family members. Tell everyone!
