If you struggle with consistency, then this is for you.
Some people need to be motivated to do everything that will improve their life.
They need motivation to read books, to sit down and set achievable goals for themselves, to work hard and to do everything that their life needs to move forward.
They are the type of people who need motivation to be consistent.
Whenever I come across people like that, I always have this single message for them.
You do not need motivation to eat because you know if you don't, you will get health problems.
You do not need motivation to take your bath every morning because you know if you don't, you’ll get a smelly body.
So why should you need motivation to do something that will better your life? Do you not also know that if you don't do those things, it has side effects? You're directly stopping your life from moving forward!
There's no neutral side on the fence of life. You are either doing something that make or mar your life. You cannot be on a neutral side.
So the next time you are looking for motivation to carry out life improving activities, remember that you need it as much as you need food.
If you don't do it, it's like you are not eating food. As lack of food will cause health problems overtime, so will lack of those life improving activities cause life problems overtime.
Remember this always and you won't struggle with consistency again.
