What is your excuse?
Do you know that it doesn't really take much to be excellent and successful at what you do?
To be candid, it doesn't take much.
Thirty minutes per day on anything you wish to succeed at can really go a long way. Just thirty minutes.
Let's do some mathematics together.
If a person consistently takes 30 minutes to practice on anything daily, at the of one week, the person would have successfully spent 210 minutes on that thing in just a week.
That’s 3 and half hours in just a week.
In a month, that will be 14 hours of consistency.
If continued like that for six months, that individual would have shifted levels.
It’s that simple.
So tell me, what's your excuse for not being consistent?
